Course Description

Do you find yourself asking if this is the appropriate level of service, or what the documentation requirements are in regard to a level of service? Are you unsure of when to use the higher level of service? Does time-based billing confuse you? This webinar will help participants take the table of risk and break it down. By doing this the participants will walk away with a better understanding of where the diagnosis falls on the table, when data applies and where it falls on the table, and where the risk falls. The risk associated with the visit will be discussed in detail. Participants will also learn the codes associated with E&M visits in the inpatient and outpatient settings and the AMA’s description of these codes. The webinar will touch on modifier 25, time-based billing, documentation tips, CMS’s HCPCS code G2211, and there will be a time for questions and answers.
