Course Description
The annual Medicare Physician Fee Schedule proposed and final rule is one of the most impactful regulations on RCM companies and medical practices. Staying up to date on the proposed and finalized changes is not a luxury, it is a necessity. This webinar will provide a detailed review of the most important policies in the 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule. These policies will range from how Medicare covers and reimburses for various services to changes to the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
There are many noteworthy changes that would greatly affect the delivery, coding, and billing of remote care management, while opening doors to new services providers can add to help offset the announced overall payment reduction. Changes would impact remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), preventive services, and much more. CMS has initiated the major changes to the following.
