Today he is the Laboratory Safety Officer for Sentara Healthcare, a large system of hospitals with over 20 laboratories and draws sites in Virginia and North Carolina. He is also known as Dan the Lab Safety Man, a lab safety consultant, educator, trainer, speaker, and author.
